Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado in Santa Fe, NM seeks an On-Call Banquet Server to deliver flawless service for group and social catering. You will join a luxury team, maintain vigilance in service areas, and ensure décor, serviceware, and equipment meet Four Seasons standards throughout events.

The role requires 1+ years in banquet/F&B, strong hospitality knowledge, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of banquet service or F&B experience in luxury hospitality.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable service for all group and social catering events, on-property or off-site.
• Maintain heightened awareness and presence in service areas to create memorable experiences.
• Execute refined event setup and breakdown meeting Four Seasons standards.
• Foster open communication within the banquet team for flawless coordination.
• Serve as a confident problem solver in guest interactions.
• Accommodate special requests and resolve guest concerns with efficiency.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, hours, and events.

What would you bring to the table?

• 1+ years of banquet service experience or F&B service industry experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment

• Strong F&B knowledge

• Flexible schedule- availability to workevenings,weekends,and holidays

• Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications

• Ability to stand and move aroundfor the entire shift

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.

• Assistguests with inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in‑house events, directions, and any other details essential to their experience
