Quest Food Management Services in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Cook I to support school cafeteria lunch service. You will prepare and present menu items, follow the kitchen prep list, assist in day‑to‑day operations, and help with cold prep, salads, and grab‑and‑go production while serving guests on the hot line.

Duties may include bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving and cleaning. Assists customers and maintains the line in a consistent and professional manner. Cook I will assist in cold prep, salad and grab‑and‑go production with recipes, and is expected to serve food on the hot line. Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines. Receives and puts away all kitchen deliveries and performs other job duties as assigned.
