Quest Food Management Services in Indianapolis is seeking a Cook I to prepare and present cafeteria menu items during service, following the preparation list and Quest standards. Monday–Friday day shifts apply, with no nights, no weekends, and no holidays, accommodating school schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items during cafeteria service to Quest standards.
• Follow the preparation list for items needed to execute menus and assist in day‑to‑day kitchen operations.
• Perform bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving, and cleaning as required.
• Assist customers and maintain the line in a consistent, professional manner.
• Assist with cold prep, salad and grab‑and‑go production using recipes.
• Serve food on the hot line.
• Follow HACCP and food‑safety guidelines.
• Receive and put away all kitchen deliveries.
