Job summary

Mosaic invites walk-ins every Wednesday from 9am–5pm at 1044 23rd Rd, Axtell, NE. Come chat about openings and you may receive an offer if you qualify.

As a Cook you’ll prepare meals per the scheduled menu, monitor temperatures to ensure safety, and keep a clean, compliant workspace while supporting a team that puts people first.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in quantity food preparation.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR Certification or willingness to obtain if hired.
• Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to meet nutritional needs of individuals served.
• Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food is maintained and served at safe temperatures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by implementing cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Monitor applicable dietary restrictions and changes to ensure accuracy of meal being served.
• Maintain safe and efficient operation of all equipment.

As a Cook with Mosaic, you'll be responsible for preparing food items according to a scheduled menu while maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
