Job summary

TRAVELODGE BY WYNDHAM OF MORRILL, NE is hiring a Cook to support our hotel kitchen operations. The role focuses on breakfast production, basic food preparation and ensuring timely, quality meals for guests.

The successful candidate will have a food handler's permit, be dependable with attendance and punctuality, and able to work PM shifts. Training in food prep is desirable and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• One year food preparation experience desirable
• Must be extremely dependable regarding attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all banquet items as specified by function sheets.
• Responsible for preparation of all food orders from restaurant.
• Ensures proper stocking line for menu items.
• Supervises dishwasher to ensure adequate utensils are available for guest needs.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen at all times.
• Production of breakfast.
• Performs other duties as requested by Executive Chef and General Manager
