Job summary

Travelodge Santa Teresa is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a part-time or full-time role with night and weekend shifts, perfect for dependable candidates in a fast-paced setting.

You'll prepare banquet items, cook restaurant orders, stock items, supervise the dishwasher, and keep the kitchen clean. A food handler permit is required, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and one year of food preparation experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work PM shift.
• Basic food preparation.
• One year of food preparation experience desirable.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Prepares all banquet items as specified by function sheets.
• Responsible for preparation of all food orders from restaurant.
• Ensures proper stocking line for menu items.
• Supervises dishwasher to ensure adequate utensils are available for guest needs.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen at all times.
• Production of breakfast.
• Performs other duties as requested by Executive Chef and General Manager

• Must be extremely dependable regarding attendance and punctuality.
