Job summary

Park Lane Post Acute in West Chester, PA, is seeking a PM Cook for a skilled nursing facility. The role is full-time with a PM shift and every other weekend. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience.

The cook will prepare lunch and dinner following menus, ensureTherapeutic diets and allergies are respected, and manage texture-modified foods while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience in a nursing facility is required.
• ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass Pennsylvania criminal background check, health screening, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lunch and dinner meals following menus and portion guidelines.
• Follow therapeutic diets and resident allergies and preferences.
• Prepare texture-modified foods and thickened liquids following facility standards.
• Maintain temperature logs and proper food storage, labeling, and dating.

Requirements

• Reliable and able to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
