We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Line Cook / Grill Cook / Prep Cook to join our growing Italian deli and market team. In this role, you’ll help prepare fresh ingredients, cook made-to-order items, and support daily kitchen operations while delivering the high-quality experience our customers love.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare fresh ingredients and food items according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Cook and assemble sandwiches, grilled items, hot foods, and deli specialties with consistency and care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
• Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to health and safety guidelines
• Work alongside the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
• Assist with stocking, inventory, and prep for daily operations
• Properly use kitchen equipment including grills, slicers, knives, fryers, and prep stations
• Help maintain quality, presentation, and portion standards throughout service
• Support catering and special orders as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous kitchen, deli, grill, or food prep experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality food
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting kitchen supplies when needed
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when required
