Job summary

ExcelCare At Dover is seeking a reliable Cook to join our skilled nursing facility, where you will prepare nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe, welcoming kitchen.

In this role you will follow planned menus and dietary needs, uphold sanitation standards, and work closely with the Dietary Supervisor and kitchen team to support residents’ daily well-being. Previous healthcare food service experience is preferred, with ServSafe being a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and dietary restrictions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
