Job Opportunity: Kitchen Team Member at Beef 'O' Brady's

Responsibilities:

1. Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling, and storage.
2. Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
3. Keep equipment clean and the work area organized.
4. Complete duties independently without constant supervision.

Requirements:

1. Minimum age of 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements.
2. Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
3. Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
4. Competent operation of kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
5. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds continuously.
6. Exposure to heat from equipment and kitchen environment.
