Job Title: Cook

As a Cook, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will prepare all mis-en-place and contribute to departmental targets. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within company guidelines
2. Maintaining clean and tidy work areas, ensuring no cross contamination
3. Preparing all mis-en-place for relevant menus
4. Assisting other departments as necessary and maintaining good working relationships
5. Reporting maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues
6. Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, health and safety, and food safety legislation
7. Being aware of departmental targets and striving to achieve them as part of the team
8. Being environmentally conscious

What are we looking for?

A Hilton Cook works on behalf of our Guests and collaborates with Team Members. To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:

• Culinary studies background
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Interest in a temporary replacement contract
