Job summary

Wet Willie's in Centerville, IA is seeking a team cook to support meal planning with the general manager, review menus before preparation, and ensure all food procedures are followed.

You will coordinate food service with other departments, assist with purchasing and inventory of the food supply, follow sanitation guidelines, and learn new menu items as they are introduced.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.
