Wet Willie's in Buffalo, NY is seeking a kitchen team member to assist with meal planning, review menus, and ensure all food procedures are followed.

The role requires at least 1 year of food preparation experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a Food Service Sanitation Certificate. Training on new menu items will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary institute or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Food Service Sanitation Certificate is required.
