Mohawk Mountain Ski Area is seeking a Cook for a Full-Time/Part-Time Seasonal role. Prepare quality and fresh food in alignment with food safety guidelines and customer requests.

The cook will stock ingredients, rotate inventory (FIFO), and adhere to safety protocols while maintaining a clean work area and equipment such as grills. Applicants must be able to lift at least 25 pounds, communicate effectively with customers, and be flexible with varied weekly hours based on weather and holidays.

• Must be 16 years of age, 18 years of age to operate certain equipment.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able follow a series of safety protocols.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Stock food product at beginning of shift.
• Rotate product—first in, first out.
• Follow all safety protocol, including but not limited to internal temperature guidelines and sanitization practices.
• Consistently clean work area.
• Clean grill at end of shift.
• Keep warmers stocked and rotated when appropriate.
• Complete any other duties assigned.
