Mohawk Mountain Ski Area, Inc. is seeking a Lift Operator/Attendant to oversee loading and unloading of passengers on lifts or tows. You will greet guests, maintain safety, and assist guests with information about the ski area.

Must be at least 18, able to read and write English, and work outdoors in cold conditions. Part-time shifts and varied hours are available for this position at Mohawk Mountain in Cornwall, CT.

Description

To oversee and assist in the on/off loading of passengers of all tramways, lifts or tows.

Duties Performed: (Not limited to) Assume responsible charge of the tramway, lift or tow. Assign and supervise all attendants on your tramway, lift or tow. Maintain an operational log book. Maintain orderly passenger traffic conditions within your area. Advise and assist passengers as required. Advise Shift Supervisor of any condition or occurrence which adversely affects safety and operation. Any and all work directed by the Lift Manager/Shift Supervisor. Greet guest in a friendly manner, provide excellent customer service and share general knowledge of ski area.

Position Requirements

Safety Equipment Required: Boots, gloves, jacket and other equipment as required.

Wage Range- $16.94 - $20
