Job summary

Mohawk Mountain Ski Area, Inc. is seeking a Food Server to welcome guests and ensure a positive dining experience on the slopes.

You will greet customers, take and relay orders, serve soups and hot beverages, and help keep the station clean and well-stocked throughout shifts. The position is seasonal, with full- or part-time hours, and requires reliable transportation, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older; 18+ to operate certain equipment.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work varied hours (weather/holidays).
• Strong communication with customers and teamwork.
• Basic math skills for transactions and ensuring accuracy.

Description

Food Servers will be the front line of customer service for the department, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they approach and inquire about their needs/day.
• Relay sandwich orders to cook.
• Serve soup/hot beverages.
• Keep soup station clean and tidy.
• Restock paper goods as needed.
• Ensure product is displayed in a safe and inviting manner.
• Complete any other duties assigned.
