As a cook at The Skinny Pancake, you'll be a valued and integral part of our team from day one. We are currently seeking full-time cooks at our flagship restaurant on the Burlington Waterfront in Burlington, Vermont. Compensation includes a competitive base wage of $18-22 plus an average of $2/hour from the BOH RevShare program, which varies with sales volume.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Food prep, cooking, crepe spinning, cleaning
• Handle multiple orders efficiently to meet ticket times
• Follow recipes and portion controls
• Adhere to sanitation procedures
• General cleaning and restocking
• Provide excellent hospitality to guests
• Balance high volume with high quality
• Participate in ongoing training
• Work collaboratively on the line and assist with other tasks as needed

Hospitality is a team effort, so cooks are expected to assist with various tasks to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
