Job summary

BNY operates a 24-month rotational Analyst Program in the Office of the COO, designed to build core skills in governance, execution, and operational excellence. New joiners participate in induction, mentorship, and hands-on projects across practices and platforms.

Analysts gain enterprise-wide onboarding, meaningful project work, structured career support, and exposure to leadership as they contribute to business priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a business or technology focus.
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives across the COO to drive effective execution against business priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to prepare briefings, meeting materials, and updates for senior discussions.
• Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, and business priorities.
• Track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across projects and leadership initiatives.
• Monitor insights from COO Office activity and related workflows.
• Assist with coordinating events, communications, and governance materials.
• Document business procedures and workflows to promote consistency and transparency.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process enhancement and AI adoption.
