Job summary

BNY Analyst Program in the Office of the COO offers a structured 24-month rotation designed to develop operational excellence, governance, and enterprise enablement across teams. You will assist leadership, prepare materials, and help drive execution with a focus on process improvements.

New graduates pursuing a 4-year degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027, with a 3.0+ GPA and no visa sponsorship required, will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, reporting, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with focus on business and/or technology.
Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.).
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or better.
No sponsorship required for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day COO activities and strategic initiatives to drive execution.
Prepare briefings, meeting materials, and updates for senior discussions.
Conduct research and analysis on operations, performance, and priorities.
Track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across projects.
Monitor COO activity to distill insights and support decision-making.
Assist with documenting procedures, workflows, and governance materials.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process and AI-driven changes.
