Job summary

BNY is seeking an ambitious analyst for its 2027 Analyst Program in the Office of the COO. The role focuses on operational excellence, governance, and enterprise enablement, with a 24-month rotation across key practice areas.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, prepare concise briefings, and drive data-informed decision-making in a fast-paced financial services environment. You will build skills in process improvement, governance, project coordination, and reporting while working on

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree with a focus on business and/or technology.
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; sponsorship for employment visa status is not required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives across the COO, helping drive execution against business priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to prepare briefings and updates for senior discussions, ensuring timely, accurate information.
• Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, business priorities, and engagement activity.
• Track action items, risks, milestones, deliverables, and post-meeting follow-up across projects and leadership initiatives.
• Monitor COO Office activity to distill insights, including engagement volume and meeting management workflows.
• Coordinate events, communications, and organizational activities to enable smooth execution across the function.
• Document business procedures, workflows, and governance materials to promote consistency and transparency.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process enhancements and AI adoption.
