You will partner with the CEO to define KPIs, manage budgets, and lead senior operators, ensuring alignment with financial targets and capital discipline while fostering ownership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations.
• Proven experience scaling, integrating, or restructuring mid-sized businesses.
• Strong financial and operational acumen connecting execution to outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex or regulated environments.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Tableau for performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee daily operations across all divisions with objective execution.
• Define, monitor, and act on KPIs measuring operational, financial, and org performance.
• Lead acquisition strategy and post-acquisition integration to align with standards.
• Ensure ERP, cyber security, and systems support accurate reporting and control.
• Maintain regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements in operations.
• Develop senior leaders and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
