Lighthouse Lab Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the company’s operating model, align people and processes for profitable growth, and partner with the CEO and finance to optimize performance. The role focuses on scalability, quality, and continuous improvement across service lines.

Qualifikationen

Experience leading multi-site, multi-service operations with significant P&L accountability.
Proven ability to drive operating performance, margins, and cash flow.

Aufgaben

Lead enterprise operations strategy with the CEO and executive team.
Design and implement the enterprise operating model and governance.
Oversee end-to-end customer delivery from handoff to renewal to ensure service continuity.
Improve gross margins, labor productivity, and cost-to-serve through data-driven decisions.
Develop scalable processes and reporting to support growth while controlling overhead.
Integrate quality, compliance, and risk management into daily operations.
