BNY’s 2027 Analyst Program – Risk and Compliance invites new graduates to join a 24-month rotational experience designed to develop foundational risk and compliance skills. Analysts work with global teams across credit, market, liquidity, technology, and enterprise risk while gaining governance and oversight experience.

You will contribute to governance, monitoring, and informed decision making through structured learning and hands-on projects.
