• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Mission alignment with vulnerable communities and public funding experience.
• Government experience in organizations with government contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as CEO’s trusted advisor; translate strategy into action.
• Lead and develop a high-performing senior leadership team.

• Oversee budgeting, grants, and resource allocation in partnership with CFO.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and remove barriers to execution.
