Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance required; MBA highly desirable.
• At least 10 years of progressive executive leadership across finance, IT, compliance, people operations and administration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional operations and transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate core operational functions including information technology, human resources, compliance, finance and administration.
• Lead organization-wide operational planning, performance management, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and monitor organizational policies, systems and controls to support compliance and accountability.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to drive the execution of strategic plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Board on financial, operational, and organizational matters.
