Job summary

CCANY (Coordinated Care Alliance New York) seeks an executive leader to serve as Chief Operating Officer, partnering with the CEO to guide operations, quality, technology, and service delivery across a large IDD-focused footprint.

The role oversees senior leadership, drives organizational performance, and advances growth initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement. Travel across New York is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience.
• Master’s Degree required.
• Background in IDD services required.
• Experience leading large, complex organizations with significant budgets.
• Proven track record of operational improvement and transformation.
• Knowledge of healthcare, Medicaid-funded programs, or similar regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to execute strategic priorities and goals.
• Provide executive oversight of core operations, quality, compliance, technology, and member services.
• Drive performance improvement and scalability across the organization.
• Enhance quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Lead senior leaders and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Support innovation using data analytics and emerging tools.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, providers, agencies, and partners.
