Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Conveyor Supervisor in New Albany, OH to oversee technicians, schedule repairs, track time off, and assess performance.

You will also perform technician duties as needed, manage parts ordering, and oversee DC2 on-site operations. Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, writing performance reviews, and coaching staff to identify issues during PMs with timely solutions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent supervisory experience (5+ years)
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in distribution or manufacturing
• Extensive knowledge of powered conveyor and associated equipment
• Familiar with Rapistan / Dematic and SDI conveyors
• Able to read 12v, 24v, 48v, 120v circuits and wire 480v motors
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
• Able to read electrical prints and follow mechanical drawings
• Welding and machining experience a plus
• Must be comfortable with heights
• Familiar with lock out tag out procedures

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose conveyor systems
• Document repairs, parts used and time completing tasks in database
• Resolve root causes of high jam areas
• Audit preventative maintenance quality and time to completion
• Ensure PMs are performed timely
• Coach technicians on PMs and determine solutions/timelines
