Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Conveyor Supervisor to oversee technicians, schedule repairs, and assess performance. You will write performance reviews and step in as a technician when needed, including preventive maintenance and repairs.

The role includes ordering parts, stock room management, and DC2 oversight at New Albany, OH. You will start each day with a group meeting, assign work orders, and ensure timely closeouts with accurate records and parts tracking.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in distribution/manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of powered conveyor systems and related equipment.
• Familiarity with 12V/24V/48V circuits and 120V/480V motors.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose conveyors and related systems.
• Document repairs, parts used, and time in the database.
• Identify root causes of high jam areas and implement fixes.
• Audit preventative maintenance quality and time to completion.
• Ensure PMs are performed on schedule.
• Coach technicians on issue recognition and timelines for solutions.
