Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Conveyor Supervisor in New Albany, OH. You will oversee technicians, schedule repairs, review performance, and conduct reviews while remaining hands-on with preventative maintenance and repairs.

You will manage parts ordering, stockroom operations, and ensure the DC2 distribution center's state is optimal. This role starts with a daily team huddle and turnover, then prioritizes work orders and tracks time and parts usage.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent supervisory experience (5+ years)
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in distribution/manufacturing
• Extensive knowledge of powered conveyor and equipment
• Familiar with Rapistan / Dematic / SDI conveyors
• Knowledge of 12V, 24V, 48V, 120V circuits; able to wire 480V motors
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel)
• Ability to read electrical prints and mechanical drawings
• Welding and machining experience
• Comfortable with heights
• Lockout/Tagout procedures

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose conveyor systems
• Document repairs, parts used and time in database
• Identify root causes of jams
• Audit preventive maintenance quality and timeliness
• Ensure PMs are performed on schedule
• Coach technicians on issues and timelines for solutions
