Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Conveyor Technician to support the maintenance team at our distribution center. You will troubleshoot, clear jams, perform preventative maintenance, and document repairs from mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

This role requires comfort with 120V/24VDC circuits, 120/480V motors, VFDs, lockout/tagout, and working around conveyors. Welding or machining is a plus with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Conveyor maintenance experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose conveyor systems.
• Ability to read electrical prints is a plus.
• Ability to follow mechanical drawings/parts breakdowns.
• Document repairs and parts usage in maintenance database.
• Familiar with lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fri-Sun, 6AM-6PM.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Willing to come in early or stay late to complete repairs.
• Work under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Occasional cross‑area duties (building maintenance, lift equipment, grounds).
• Contribute to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
