Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a Conveyor Technician to help maintain and optimize our distribution center conveyors. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, jam clearing, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.

You will work from mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, document repairs and parts usage, and collaborate with teammates to identify root causes of issues.

Qualifications

• Conveyor maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose conveyor systems.
• Ability to read electrical prints (a plus).
• Ability to follow mechanical drawings and parts breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyor systems.
• Clear jams and identify root causes of jams.
• Document repairs, parts used, and task times in maintenance database.
• Assist with diagnosing recurring equipment issues.
