Job summary

Performance Team in the United States (Burlington, VT area) is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to sustain conveyor systems and material handling equipment in a warehouse environment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, work with Operations and other maintenance staff, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires hands-on experience with conveyors, basic electrical troubleshooting, and strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience with conveyor systems and industrial equipment.
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
Documentation of maintenance work is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve conveyors and material handling equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance per schedule and report findings.
Support warehouse facilities and equipment maintenance.
Maintain maintenance records, parts inventory, and labor hours.
Follow OSHA, LOTO, machine guarding and PPE requirements.
