Job summary

AMMEGA is seeking a Belt Technician I in Jefferson, PA to fabricate conveyor belts in tolerance per order requirements. You will work in a safety-conscious environment, following established procedures and quality standards while supporting internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include belt fabrication, installation assistance at customer sites, and adhering to Production Priority Codes. Growth opportunities exist through training and team-based learning in a dynamic manufacturing

Qualifications

Minimum manufacturing experience operating machinery and using hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret shop orders and working drawings in English.
Ability to read measuring devices (tape measures, calipers, scales) and perform basic math functions.
Must be able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Fabricate in-tolerance conveyor belts per order requirements and procedures.
Follow Safety Policy and Employee Handbook; observe company policies.
Complete shop orders by Production Priority Code; ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Assist with belt installation at customer facilities and support internal/external customers.
Perform belt fabrication including Cut To Length, Lacing, Finger Splicing and Slitting.
Maintain clean, organized work station and support team goals.
