AMMERAAL BELTECH in Jefferson, PA is seeking a Belt Technician I to fabricate and assemble conveyor belts. You will follow shop orders, read drawings, and work safely while meeting quality standards. Responsibilities include belt cutting, lacing, splicing, slitting, and assisting with on-site installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read shop orders and English drawings.
• Experience operating machinery and using hand tools.
• Must be able to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license if operating company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in belt fabrication processes and terminology.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Complete shop orders according to Production Priority Code.
• Produce work without fabrication errors per quality standards.
• Assist with belt installation at customer sites, on time and professionally.
• Perform belt fabrication tasks: Cut To Length, Lacing, Finger Splicing, Slitting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
