Job summary

AMMEGA is seeking a Conveyor Belt Technician to fabricate and install conveyor belts and related industrial products at multiple sites. The role supports a fast-paced production environment with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

You will travel to job sites, lift heavy materials, and handle occasional nights or weekends. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, along with the ability to pass a background check and MVR review.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must pass background check including MVR.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong fundamental math skills required.
• Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends.
• Industrial or production experience required.
• Ability to lift heavy weights (75+ pounds).
• Able to bend, stoop, rotate, push, pull, sit, stand and reach; some climbing.
• Leadership acumen and motivation to lead by example.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to adapt for change and innovate.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in a safe and efficient manner and operate light industrial equipment.
• Communicate with supervisor regarding orders, scheduling, and production issues.
• Ensure timely shipping of belting product; receive shipments and deliver to correct recipient.
• Maintain shipping/receiving area with needed supplies.
• Process and maintain production reports.
• Travel to various locations to install product; occasional overnight travel.
• Provide on-call assistance as required.
• Report low inventory levels and participate in annual inventory.
