Job summary

AMMEGA is seeking a Conveyor Belt Technician to fabricate and install conveyor belts for our production team. You will support customers across sites with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional travel, ensuring accurate shipping and installation of belts.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check. The role requires lifting 75+ pounds, physical agility, and a collaborative, proactive approach with opportunities for growth within AMMEGA.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass background/MVR checks.
• Strong math skills required for measuring and calculations.
• Flexibility to work nights/weekends as needed.
• Experience in industrial or production settings preferred.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and handle physical work.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed.
• Demonstrates leadership and team orientation.
• Shows learning agility and a drive for change and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Process orders safely and efficiently on light industrial equipment.
• Communicate with supervisor about orders, scheduling, and production issues.
• Ensure timely shipping of belting products and accurate receiving/delivery.
• Maintain shipping/receiving areas and inventory records.
• Process and maintain reports.
• Travel to various locations to install product; occasional overnight travel.
• Provide on-call assistance as required.
• Support inventory controls including cycle counts and annual inventory.
