Job summary

AMMERAAL BELTECH, part of AMMEGA, is seeking an Assembler/Fabricator Technician (Belt Tech) in Jefferson, PA. You will fabricate belts to order, follow documented processes, and support internal and external customers with quality, on-time delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math, and English-reading ability. We offer training, benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule with room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, Technical/Trade School or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend shop orders and drawings in English.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate belts in tolerance per order requirements and work instructions.
• Complete shop orders using Production Priority Code system.
• Perform belt fabrication processes: Cut To Length, Lacing, Finger Splicing and Slitting.
• Assist with belt installation at customer facilities as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work station and follow safety policies.
