AMMEGA is seeking an Assembler/Fabricator Technician – Belting to fabricate in-tolerance conveyor belts per order requirements. You will follow safety rules, interpret shop orders, and work with hand tools and cutting processes.

The role supports installation at customer sites and contributes to timely, quality belt production in a busy manufacturing setting. The Belt Technician I role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read English technical material.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience operating machinery and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret shop orders and working drawings in English.
• Ability to read measuring devices (tape measures, calipers, etc.).
• Competent in basic math operations using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate in-tolerance finished conveyor belts per orders and work instructions.
• Follow safety rules and company policies; maintain clean work areas.
• Complete shop orders using Production Priority Code system with minimal errors.
• Support internal and external customers to meet on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Assist with belt installation at customer sites as needed and requested by the Team Lead.
