Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility and admin activities at the Nashville site.

You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on conveyors and automation equipment, including PLC/SCADA/HMI systems, VFDs, sensors, and control cabinets. This role requires hands-on experience with electrical distribution, wiring, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance per PPM schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical or controls field, or electrical theory, robotics, controls components, and automated equipment.
• 1+ years of conveyors, HVAC, or electrical maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Take care of overall Facility & Admin activities.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly technical checks per PPM schedule.
• Maintenance & troubleshooting on conveyors and automation equipment (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, sensors).
• Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty/AMC systems.
• Fire alarm and extinguishers regular checks.
• Provide daily TT closures & RCA reports.
