FedEx is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance professional in Nashville to maintain and repair complex material handling systems. The role requires strong electrical, mechanical, and PLC/controls skills, plus the ability to read schematics and work with EAM software.

You will collaborate with operations, vendors, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and implement reliable fixes in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualificações

• Follow detailed procedures as directed by work orders or management.
• Anticipate, identify and repair problems using sound judgement and fact-based analysis.
• Solve mechanical or electrical problems, including understanding of engineering formulas.
• Subject matter expertise in electrical, mechanical and PLC/controls troubleshooting, repair and installation.
• Read, interpret and create electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Utilize Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software to enter and retrieve prescribed data.
• Communicate effectively within own department to peers, managers, and vendors to convey technical data and needs.
• Collaborate with department, operations, vendors and support teams during failures or projects.
