Job summary

Your Behavioral Health, a private equity-backed behavioral health services company in Southern California, seeks a Performance Marketing Conversion Specialist. You will craft high-converting digital ad creative and landing pages, combining copywriting, CRO, and campaign support across paid social, PPC, email, and more.

You’ll optimize messaging and page experiences to drive inquiries, leads, and admissions.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience creating digital advertising content and landing pages.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills.
• Understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.
• Experience with landing page builders, CMS platforms, or website content management systems.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma.
• 1-2 years experience working with CMS platforms, WordPress preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create advertising concepts aligned with target audiences and marketing objectives.
• Develop ad copy for Meta and other digital channels.
• Produce variations of headlines, primary text, CTAs for testing.
• Translate campaign goals into effective creative assets.
• Create and maintain landing pages designed to maximize conversions.
• Develop persuasive page copy, content structure, and messaging frameworks.
• Build conversion-focused user experiences that support campaign objectives.
• Ensure landing pages are optimized for mobile and desktop users.
• Implement best practices for lead generation forms, CTAs, and conversion paths.
• Analyze landing page and campaign performance.
• Continuously test headlines, layouts, CTAs, and form lengths.
• Recommend and implement improvements to increase conversion rates.
• Develop messaging tailored to specific patient/client segments.
• Partner with marketing leadership to identify campaign themes and pain points.
• Create messaging frameworks for multiple service lines.
• Support local, regional, and service-specific campaigns.
• Ensure ad creative and landing pages align with campaign objectives.
• Support campaign launches with required assets and updates.
• Monitor landing page performance metrics.
• Track conversion rate, form completion, bounce rate, time on page, cost per lead.
