Job summary
Your Behavioral Health is seeking a Digital Growth Lead to drive digital visibility and admissions for our Southern California brands. You will own the brand website, optimize organic search, manage local listings, and guide chatbot experiences to boost qualified inquiries and admissions.
You will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, identifying growth opportunities and coordinating internal and external resources to ensure content, profiles, and conversion paths accurately
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 3–5+ years in digital marketing and SEO.
- Experience managing a brand website.
- Experience with multi-location listings and WordPress.
- Proficient with GA4 and Google tools.
- Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own brand website and improve admissions performance.
- Lead SEO strategy and local listings.
- Manage Google profiles, Yelp, and Health directories.
- Oversee chatbot optimization and conversions.
- Coordinate with Admissions, Clinical, Ops, Compliance, Marketing.
- Report on performance and opportunities.
