Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Marketing Designer to craft conversion-focused creatives across paid social, email, web, ecommerce, and social channels. This role emphasizes performance marketing, customer behavior, and rapid iteration to drive engagement and revenue.

You will design landing pages, marketing campaigns, lifecycle emails, and paid media creatives, partnering with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to optimize outcomes. Portfolio required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, marketing, digital, or performance design.
• Strong portfolio across marketing channels (ads, landing pages, emails, ecommerce).
• Experience designing ads, landing pages, emails, ecommerce flows and digital campaigns.
• Strong visual design, typography, layout, and art direction skills.
• Understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization.
• Experience developing creative for A/B testing.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design creative for paid social, display, email, web, ecommerce, and organic social.
• Develop campaign concepts across channels and formats.
• Create and optimize landing pages, promotions, checkout flows, and paywalls.
• Produce creative variations for A/B testing.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and leadership.
• Manage projects from concept through launch and iteration.
• Use performance data and customer insights to improve creative.
