Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a conversational AI UX writer and voice partner to define Maven’s product language across AI agents and core member experiences. You’ll ensure copy is clear, empathetic, and compliant while shaping how we educate members about AI features.

The role is hands-on with high autonomy, requiring collaboration with Engineering, Clinical, and Product to maintain a cohesive voice and tone across all touchpoints. This is a 3‑month contract for 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX writing or product copywriting with a strong online portfolio.
• Direct experience in conversation design or LLM-powered AI products.
• Experience with AI agent feedback and prompts in collaboration with engineering.
• Healthcare AI or digital health experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and empathy in health contexts.

Responsibilities

• Review real AI agent conversations and provide tone and word-choice feedback.
• Define Maven’s voice and language principles for AI interactions.
• Synthesize stakeholder feedback into a single, clear voice direction.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Engineering to improve prompts and evaluations.
• Advise on agent response patterns and UX copy structure.
