Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a conversational AI UX writer and voice partner to define the product and AI agent language. You will shape tone, prompts, and readability across care plan screens, onboarding, and in‑product education, collaborating with Engineering, Clinical, and Product to ensure usability, clinical clarity, and empathetic health context.

The role is a 3-month engagement at 20 hours per week, with US work authorization required and a remote work arrangement within the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX writing or product copywriting with experience in conversation design or AI products.

Responsibilities

• Review real AI agent conversations and provide feedback on tone and readability.
• Define Maven's AI voice and language principles within LLM constraints.
• Synthesize feedback into themes and single-voice guidance for engineering and clinical teams.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Engineering to identify improve prompts and evaluations.
• Advise on agent response anatomy and patterns for engineering and clinical use.
