Job summary
Maven Clinic is seeking a conversational AI UX writer to define how Maven’s product and AI agents sound. You’ll shape the language across the product, ensure clarity, empathy, and clinical accuracy, and craft education and disclaimers for AI features.
In this hands-on role, you will work with Engineering, Clinical, Product, and Legal to establish a single voice, create onboarding copy, CTAs, and error states that empower members while maintaining safety and trust.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX writing or product copywriting experience.
- Direct experience in conversation design or LLM-powered AI products.
- Strong online portfolio included in application.
- Experience in healthcare AI or digital health is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review AI agent conversations and provide tone and word choice feedback.
- Define Maven AI voice and translate brand voice into language principles.
- Synthesize feedback into themes to guide prompts and evaluations.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Engineering, Product, and Legal to guide language.
- Write UX copy for care plan screens and AI onboarding screens.
- Develop education content and disclaimers for AI features.
- Attend weekly check-ins and document language framework.
