Location: Santa Clara, CA, USA

Salary: $200,000.00 USD Annually - $220,000.00 USD Annually

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Conversational AI & Agentic Depth: Production-grade experience building voice/agentic systems using Google Enterprise CX tools (Dialogflow CX, CX Agent Studio, SCRAPI, Agent Assist, CCaaS).
• Technical Vetting: Formally assessed engineers (e.g., Google AI/FDE Bootcamp certified or internal rigorous engineering benchmark scores above 80%).
• Telecom Architecture Expertise: Proven fluency integrating telecom APIs, user authentication (UA), and enterprise business architectures.
• Autonomous Delivery & Mentorship: Senior talent capable of driving initiatives independently within high-impact delivery teams while upskilling client co-delivery counterparts.
