Job summary

Millennium Software and Staffing Inc is seeking a hands-on Conversational AI / Dialogflow CX Engineer in Malvern, PA. You will design and deploy agentic AI solutions, building agents with Dialogflow CX/ES and GE4CX, and deploying across chat, voice, and telephony channels.

You will work with UX, product, and business teams to optimize intents, entities, and flows, while integrating APIs, webhooks, and GCP services such as Vertex AI and Pub/Sub.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in Dialogflow CX/ES, Google CES, Playbooks, GE4CX.
• Experience building agentic AI / autonomous agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG.
• Strong GCP skills — Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery.

Responsibilities
