Role: Senior AI Architect – Agentic AI & Customer Experience

Location: Denver, CO — Hybrid (3–4 days onsite/week)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Architect with strong experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and Google Cloud to design and develop next-generation Customer Experience (CX) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of hands-on engineering, AI architecture, agent orchestration, enterprise integration, and customer-experience expertise, with the ability to work closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready Agentic AI and Generative AI architectures.
• Build autonomous and semi-autonomous single- and multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, decision-making, and tool execution.
• Develop LLM applications using Google Vertex AI, Gemini, RAG, prompt engineering, and grounding techniques.
• Build AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Vertex AI Agent Builder.
• Implement tool/function calling and integrations with APIs, CRM platforms, databases, workflows, and enterprise systems.
• Develop conversational AI, customer-support copilots, virtual agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Design CX capabilities including contact-center automation, omnichannel conversations, intelligent routing, issue resolution, and personalization.
• Work with Google Cloud Platform services including Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and GKE.
• Design microservices and event-driven architectures and support CI/CD, monitoring, observability, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement AI guardrails, security, safety, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Work with vector/search technologies such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, and Vertex AI Search.
• Collaborate with product/business stakeholders to understand requirements, define AI use cases, customer journeys, workflows, and business rules.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, mentoring, and establish reusable AI engineering practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar agent frameworks.
• Strong Google Cloud / Vertex AI / Gemini experience.
• Experience with Dialogflow CX / Agent Builder.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
• Experience with CRM, contact-center, conversational AI, or Customer Experience platforms.
• Strong system-design and solution-architecture skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, product, and business teams.

Preferred:

• Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
• Experience building production-grade Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, evaluation, and security.
