You will collaborate with sales, events, and operations to organize room setups, banquet details, and post-event follow-up, delivering superior guest experiences in a fast-paced resort environment in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events and conventions preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multi-department operations for events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee convention services for assigned groups.
• Collaborate with sales, front desk and reservations to manage blocks and setups.
• Plan pre/post convention meetings and track group activity.
• Ensure accurate setup of banquet/meeting rooms and VIP amenities.
• Provide clear direction to staff and maintain professional guest interactions.
